This is a nationally recognised ABT accredited, fully insurable on the day of passing, teaching qualification, which is highly valued and sought after. This is an online course with full online tutor support, which is broken down into three units. Unit 1: is about understanding roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training. Unit 2: involves understanding assessment in education and training. Unit 3: is about understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches. Each unit is broken down into sub-sections, for which the student will submit written assignments. On completing Unit 3, the Student is required to submit a practical teaching / training video of their work, together with other supporting material. *We provide a part by part section by section manual and a advice reference sheet to help you complete each unit. You can also purchase a a reference book but this isn't mandatory as some manage without. Apart from our 3 main units (broken down into multiple assignments) our course also requires you to prepare a 15 minute Lesson Plan and Micro Teaching video. You also have to submit a self-assessment of your Micro Teaching video, as well as a Profile and Action Plan based on your learning experience of which template will be provided. Our course is thorough and well put together, to ensure the best and most rewarding learning experience for all our students. You must have had at least one or more years practical experience in the field you wish to teach which should be Beauty, Holistic Therapy, Fitness, Nail Tech, Hairdressing or Barbering to enrol on this course. Level 3 Qualification (All modules and examinations are completed online with full online support available. On completion of the course, successful students will receive a Diploma in Adult Education and training and be fully qualified to start up and teach in their own Academy.
