I often recommend women to use our synergy hand blended oils as an additional treatment that you can do at home. This practice continues the work we have been doing with the recovery enhancement appointment and acupuncture to improve blood flow to the abdomen..
What else can they be used for?
They can be used to address, hormone balance, congestion in the pelvic region, pain, stretch marks and increasing blood flow/circulation to the uterus and ovaries.  For this reason, the oil is used for some of the following conditions:
·       Soften Scar Tissue (c-sections, hysterectomy, laparoscopic surgery, cervical dysplasia)
·       Blocked fallopian tubes
·       Fibroids
·       Ovarian cysts 
·       Endometriosis pain and adhesions
·        Adenomyosis
·       Period Cramps
·       Supporting a healthy bowel (particularly if suffer with IBS, bloating and inflammation)
·       Hair loss  (Ask For our oil blend 2%)
·       Improving lymphatic drainage and the removal of toxins and excess/used up hormones (improving the detoxification pathways)
Important Information: 
Ø  You should not use castor oil packs while on your period, during pregnancy, while breastfeeding or if you have a IUD (intrauterine device in situ).
Ø  If you are trying to conceive – use every 2-4 days from cycle day 5 until ovulation (or 1-2 days if you have endometriosis, fibroids or ovarian cysts), DO NOT use castor oil packs after ovulation. 
Ø If you are not trying to conceive – you can use packs throughout your cycle every 2- 4 days, but stop while you are bleeding.   If you have fibroids or endometriosis or ovarian cysts, then every day or every other day is best. 
If you have fibroids or endometriosis or ovarian cysts or adenomyosis
then every day or every other day is best to use the oil clockwise massaged onto your abdomen.. 
Other info:
You can try the oil on the upper right quadrant of your abdomen to help any liver and gallbladder issues, it can also help sore muscles or joints or you can try our pain ease.  Those who use these oils consistently tend to see the best results.
