I'll include gentle eastern and western specialist release techniques to rebalance, realign and remove tension and tightness where needed which everyone reports is so effective from that very first visit. We adjust the pressure to suit the person. It will start with doing some simple work by lifting arms and legs for me to work out where the root cause of the problems are coming from.
