We offer a spiritually grounded grief support workshop for those navigating loss. This session offers a calm, reflective space where participants are guided through gentle meditations, shared presence, and mindfulness practices to honour the memory of loved ones. Meditations are spirit led and calls to healing happen through out the time there whenever called to do so. What the Workshop Includes: Circle opening and intention-setting Candle-lighting ceremony for Remembrance / Peace Guided group meditation (centering on grief, healing, and connection) Quiet reflection and optional sharing Closing meditation and grounding practice All materials (instruments, candles, holders) will be provided. The tone of the session is inclusive, gentle, and adaptable to people of any or no spiritual belief. We don't aim to fix we aim to facilitate your body's natural and gentle trauma release in a safe, non judgemental conforting space. We can also provide our Remembrance Stall (The Forget Me Not Mindful Gift Shop) Comforting gifts like candles and incense.
