Your practitioner is trauma-informed lived experienced bodyworker, Sechiem Master and intuitive cognitive behaviour coach, this session can also be taken online as it works through the fascial field to restore coherence, release density, and bring your whole body systems back into harmony and flow, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your body’s wisdom, unwind stored stress, and soften into a deeper sense of presence, clarity and peace. Release, Reconnect, Realign & Thrive. These one to one face to face coaching sessions are a deeply intuitive and fully tailored experience designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or seeking deeper clarity, we’ll explore what’s present for you right now and compassionately with gentle care move you forward with ease, forgiveness, confidence, and self-trust. Through intentional conversation, energetic and belief exploration, Sechiem energy healing, Cranial balancing stress, vagus nerve release, trauma release and somatic practices, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and release it without the need to discuss the past event.
