Fennel is a potential diuretic and also has  anti-inflammatory properties.  Its believed activities of fennel indicate this oil may be useful to reduction of odema. It's also thought that fennel is able to lower blood sugar levels helping to reduce appetite.

Geranium has been used in traditional medicine for years as an effective diuretic, its thought to be useful for reducing water weight and odema.  It's also used in aromatherapy as an anti-inflammatory.

Patchouli is thought to be an helpful anti-inflammatory supported by many studies.  Patchouli alcohol is the major component of patchouli.

Rosemary is full of antioxidants, which have anti-inflammatory properties. These antioxidants prevent the free radical damage and lower your blood sugar levels. When combined, all the properties make rosemary a perfect herb for aiding weight loss.
Grapefruit essential oil is an excellent diuretic and lymphatic stimulant. ...
